Founded in 1953 as a company in the stainless steel sheet metal processing sector, we were initially called "Banfi & Capra". The two partners Florio Capra and Luigi Banfi developed their business in the '60s and' 70s in the sink and kitchen countertop sector. In 1982 the company was completely taken over by Florio Capra, who together with his son Simone, born and raised among the processing machines of stainless steel, took advantage of the new design trend that can be found in the new stainless steel Hi-Tech kitchen lines.
In 1996 Florio left the company to his sons Simone and Stefano who have transformed the company whilst maintaining the name "Capra Florio".
The new company has been developing its production with new models of hoods and accessories for kitchens.
Today
Currently the key aspect of the sector remains furnishings with the design and construction of extractor hoods and filtering, kitchen tops, tubs and sinks, tubular frames, stainless steel coatings for doors and backs, accessories for furniture.
A small part of production is for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries and in particular sectors where it is fundamental as well as functional, as well as the aesthetic aspect.
The internal technical office supports its customers in the design and development of products that are made according to their specifications.
We are always looking for national and international partnerships to increase our presence and close to our customers' needs.
